The last General Meeting on 16 September 2024 approved the final liquidation account and the appropriation of the liquidation result. The payments to the shareholders have been made and the deletion from the commercial register has been requested.

The company no longer has an office in Switzerland. E-mails and any post will be forwarded to Panama.
